There’s still time to apply for our Fall 2024 Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Learning Collaborative exploring how health centers can improve representation in the healthcare workforce for historically marginalized groups with JEDI-informed approaches to retention and recruitment. In five virtual sessions, participants will learn about organizational barriers contributing to workforce disparities, understand strategies to improve retention for diverse employees and implement action steps to increase diversity and mitigate bias in recruitment.
